What type of alternative curriculum? Which subject? Are you targeting a specific group of students? I think you know what you wanted in the conclusions part of your plan, but it isn't clearly articulated. I think using the IEP's is a good approach, what other data will you use besides surveys? I would like more details of what you plan to do. It sounds like an interesting approach.

Which grades and levels are you trying to increase technology use in? Depending on the grade, general ed, special ed and student level, influences the types of programs or innovative gadgets to bring in (computer programs for increased academic performance, for learning centers, ipads, laptops, teacher led programs vs. independent student use, etc.). Another factor that influences your thoughts or suggestions might also be if your school is willing to spend the money on the technology needed or desired for increased performance.

I agree, while a great topic, it seems a bit broad. Will you be targeting a specific grade level or group? Are there specific assessments you will be using to get the information for your surveys?

Could you elaborate on the "alternate" curriculum? I think that it might be help. I like that you are directly going for technology. I can't wait to see the follow up.

Chris, I'm not sure that I can add anything to the comments already here. I like the idea of possibly incorporating more technology into IEP's, but I don't know what you mean by Alternate Curriculum. And yes, the topic in general seems a little broad. A few more specifics in the plan might be a good idea.
